Psychological Assessment and Testing

We now offer various psychological assessments and testing for children, adolescents, and adults. Currently, we are only able to accommodate private pay with the hopes of accepting insurance in the future.

Process

Step One: Initial Consultation

During this session, we will gather information, such as client history and the purpose of testing. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the process, too. A quote is provided after this session for testing based on the information discussed.

Step Two: Assessment and Testing

Fees vary based on the testing needed for your assessment and the time necessary to complete the client evaluation. Testing can take 90 minutes to a couple hours. Information will be given prior to appointment.

Step Three: Follow-Up

During this session, we will review your results, what your results mean for you, and answer any questions you may have.

Why is psychological assessment and testing so expensive?

We understand that psychological assessment and testing can be unexpectedly expensive. The testing process is not brief or simple. A clinician will meet with you, conduct a full history, conduct testing, interpret and analyze the results, create a report, and then explain the assessment results to you. These steps can take anywhere from 5-10+ hours depending on the extent of the testing. This is why we want to be upfront with our costs through each stage.
