I’m passionate about helping individuals feel safe, seen, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges. My counseling approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed care. I enjoy working with women and young adults who are processing trauma, anxiety, identity questions, and life transitions.
Alethia is under the supervision of Starla Cason, LPC-S. Alethia sees clients on a sliding scale fee.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and completed my clinical training at Betty Hardwick Center, where I had the opportunity to support individuals facing a wide range of challenges including trauma, mood disorders, substance use, and systemic stressors. My therapeutic style blends CBT and psychodynamic theory, and I aim to create a space where clients can explore patterns, gain insight, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
As a proud member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), Texas Counseling Association (TCA), and Big Country Counseling Association (BCCA), I value professional growth, community connection, and culturally responsive care. I currently see clients on a self-pay basis only and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.
Whether you’re overwhelmed, grieving, growing, or somewhere in between ~ I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and respect.
